This 800-acre site adjacent to Atwater is a former military base, with light industrial buildings, warehouse and distribution facilities, as well as hangars.

Approximately 240 acres of this site is reserved for expansion. One of the owners is prepared to build up to 2.5 million square-feet of buildings, whose construction and development will occur as companies move in.
